We do not collect special-category data (health records) unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g. training questionnaire).

5. Sharing Your Data
We only share what is necessary with:
Service providers – e.g. FITR (workout delivery), Brevo or Mailchimp (e-mail), Meta/Instagram (ad audiences), Stripe (payments).
Professional advisors – accountants, legal counsel.
Authorities – if required by law or court order.
All vendors are vetted for GDPR compliance and, where relevant, operate under Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Our site uses first-party and third-party cookies to:
remember preferences;
analyse traffic (Google Analytics);
measure ad conversions (Meta, Google).
You can disable cookies via your browser; some features may then be limited.
7. Data Retention
Leads with no purchase: 24 months after last interaction.
Customers: 5 years to meet bookkeeping laws.
Analytics data: 26 months (Google default) unless aggregated.
